One of my initial ideas for a sleeve is using a neon light effect. The concept behind this:
the lyric "Take me on a roller coaster" made me think of a fairground and bright neon lights. Neon seems something that could be quite fitting to Roxy Music as a band, because of the glamour and art-ness to them.
Below are some images I found of neon lighting being used in creative ways. After looking at them, I think that creating a neon effect in photoshop wouldn't be too difficult, but I don't know how realistic or cheap it may come out like.
